Sometimes our most powerful decisions are the ones we don’t make. We don’t take the time to contemplate our lives, our health, our eating habits. We know we should do better, but we set aside that thought with the vague idea that we’ll get to it when we’re not quite so busy.
We might aspire to be proactive, but we’re not inspired enough to take action—often not until it’s too late and our bodies are damaged and diseased.
So that’s what we need: Inspiration. Closely followed by the knowledge of what to do. Even more closely followed by action.
